The Great Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Substitute

Nice Cloud Vapor is one of the companies offering flavored e-juice and liquid smokes. Now the U.S. Food and Drug Administration have issued warning letters to a further ten companies, including Nice Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (doing business as Puff Bar) caution them to eliminate their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from industry immediately because they don’t possess the correct premarket tobacco application set up. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids are usually popular with young adults, but that young adults also need to be protected against the over-selling of these products by adult consumers. In line with the FDA’s warning letters, some of the e-liquids involved had no flavor; however, these were being offered accessible in candy bars disguised as a wholesome snack.

Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a dietary supplement and a sports drink. These promises were misleading, the FDA says, because no FDA regulatory benchmarks or laws exist to modify dietary supplements and sports drinks. The company’s application for a non-prescription industry distribution label particularly stated that the product could possibly be used as a supplement. It was not designed for use as a sports drink up or an athletic supplement, in line with the FDA.

Whenever a customer purchased Puff Bar, she or he should have understood that the product was intended for the intake of candies, not nicotine gum, and that the tastes were added following the manufacturing process. According to the FDA, Puff Bar included nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical known as atrazine, which certainly are a harmful carcinogen. As the agency says that atrazine will not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging as the ingredients that could cause the product to be misused, if ingested, by children, or somebody who shouldn’t be consuming the product.

The FDA says that as the manufacturers did not include accurate statements or warnings concerning the potential hazards of the merchandise, the company’s product was misrepresented. A good example of a misrepresentation would be that the merchandise was designed for those who chew gum. Parents of small kids would not choose to give their kids puff pubs as a snack. They might probably think that the product was more dangerous than a candy bar. The only way to ensure that consumers do not become victims of false marketing would be to strictly regulate the development of e-liquids. Companies cannot use vague vocabulary or symbols on labels or product packaging that suggest that a product is acceptable for sale when it is not.

Puff Bar was one of several e-liquids manufactured by Cool Cloud Vapor Company. The company had other e-juice products including several premium brands, several which had a range of what flavors do puff bars come in. When I purchased my Cool Cloud Vaporizer, I was looking to purchase a product that didn’t have any flavorings inside it and therefore did not appeal to me. I was inappropriate.

Upon opening the box, I pointed out that the puff container looked a lot like the container for an everyday cigarette. It also held a reasonably massive amount nicotine, which made it difficult to carry onto while smoking as the entire mouth of the disposable product was filled with the whitish color of nicotine. I looked at the ingredients record for Puff Bar and discovered that it contained a similar things that I have come to expect from all of Cool Cloud’s other products: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only difference between the product and the other products was that product did not consist of any flavorings.

After inserting the pre-filled pod device in to the baggie provided by Great Cools Vaporizer, I pressed the bottom of the mouthpiece carefully on my lips to begin with smoking immediately. Quickly, my throat hit a nice warm spot on the trunk of my throat that has been not current during smoking any traditional smoking cigarettes. My next puff sent a hurry of flavor through my lips which lasted only for a second and then my throat hit another hot spot that lasted just a few seconds. I exhaled slowly and gradually while my eyes scanned the area for any sign of smoke. No cigar, no pop-can, nothing but ash.

After inhaling the initial puff, my palate quickly filled with sweet lemon juice, accompanied by a mild pepper to taste. After the third puff I experienced a sweet and tangy taste with a hint of bitterness. After the fourth puff I pointed out that the nicotine had settled nicely into my lungs, offering me each of the nicotine I had a need to complete the entire session without needing to worry about obtaining a bad buzz from it.
